The room experienced cold temperatures at night, making it uncomfortable. Wi-Fi coverage was weak in the room, nearly non-existent compared to the hallway. The bed's firmness may not suit everyone, as it felt overly hard for a restful night.

The stay in the Deluxe Double Studio felt perfect for our family. A huge comfortable bed was essential given our late-night baby routine. Spacious room layout accommodated my daughter’s cot easily. Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, and ample tea and coffee supplies was a pleasant surprise. Fresh milk and water in the fridge, replaced daily, added a thoughtful touch. The en-suite bathroom was clean with all necessary toiletries, including lovely dressing gowns. Spotless maintenance made us feel at home. Proximity to the seafront was fantastic, just a short stroll away. I did notice the room could get a bit chilly at night, so a guide for temperature adjustments would be welcome. a wonderful experience thanks to David’s warm hosting and attention to detail.

A little more attention to room temperature control and an upgrade to the Wi-Fi capabilities would significantly enhance the experience. a larger TV would have made for a more enjoyable stay.

Just had a wonderful stay in the deluxe double studio! The comfy bed and a huge shower were delightful. Plus, the communal coffee facilities were a fun bonus. Only downside? A low beam in the room, watch your head! Would definitely return.

Just a good match for a short-term stay in Hunstanton with good value for price. The fridge in the room with free milk and water was a nice touch. Bring a light jacket for the chilly evenings.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was super light and airy, yet cozy warm. The outdoor dining area was a nice spot to chill with a coffee. Just wished the mattress was firmer. felt a bit too soft for my liking. Nonetheless, a chill place to escape for a bit.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a tv. The staff even helped me with early check-in during my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable time! I'm coming back for the new year.
